October 30, 2023 - The Department showed that Respondent provided false, misleading, and incomplete information on five license applications submitted to the Department, proving that Respondent engaged in conduct that was fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive. The Department also established that Respondent engaged in acts and practices demonstrating that she is untrustworthy, financially irresponsible, or otherwise incompetent or unqualified to act under the license granted by the Commissioner. Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Commissioner AFFIRM the Order to Show Cause dated November 1, 2022, except that the Order to Show Cause should be AMENDED to impose investigative costs in the amount of $843.75.
