July 7, 2023 - The Department established that Respondents performed work in violation of statutes regulating electrical, plumbing, and residential building contracting work. The Department also demonstrated the reasonableness of the penalty assessed in the Administrative Order for the proven violations. The Judge therefore respectfully recommends that the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industry (Commissioner) AFFIRM the September 13, 2022 Administrative Order with Penalty.
