June 13, 2023 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that the Department established by a preponderance of the evidence that Geyer does not reside at the licensed location for her adult foster care program, that she provided false and misleading information or knowingly withheld relevant information from the Commissioner, and that she failed to comply with licensing laws and rules. Accordingly, the Department has established reasonable cause to revoke Geyer’s licenses. Geyer failed to demonstrate she was in full compliance with the laws and rules the Commissioner alleges she violated. The Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Commissioner AFFIRM the revocation of Geyer’s licenses.
