May 26, 2023 - Repeated law and rule violations and the disqualification of a controlling individual provided the Department reasonable cause to revoke We Care Child Care Center’s license. The disqualified controlling individual did not show he does not pose a risk of harm to persons served by the program. Appellant did not show that it was in full compliance with the relevant statutes and rules at the time of the violation. Accordingly, the Judge respectfully recommends that the Commissioner AFFIRM the September 21, 2022, Order of License Revocation.
