March 21, 2023 - Complainant did not establish by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondent violated Minn. Stat. § 211B.04 by failing to have disclaimers on campaign material substantially in the form required. Complainant also failed to establish by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondent violated section 211B.11, by displaying campaign material within 100 feet of a polling place on election day. Accordingly, the Complaint is DISMISSED.
