October 25, 2022 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that the Department has demonstrated that reasonable cause exists to believe that Licensees’ actions and failure to comply with applicable laws and rules pose an imminent risk of harm to the health, safety, or rights of persons served by Licensees’ adult foster care program. Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension of Licensees’ adult foster care license be AFFIRMED.
