September 14, 2022 - The County has established by a preponderance of the evidence that Sonny, when unprovoked, inflicted a bite on a human and approached a police officer in an apparent attitude of attack while on public property. Accordingly, the potentially dangerous animal designation made by the County on or about July 14, 2022, is hereby AFFIRMED.
