2106-37315- In the Matter of Eric Anton Clementson d/b/a/ Evergreen Services Relocation Benefits Claim May 31, 2022- The Administrative Law Judge recognizes that a business relocation is generally an unwelcome proposition for business owners such as Appellant. Appellant’s frustration with the process, however, does not relieve him of his legal obligation to document his claims to receive additional public funds or expand the range of permissible reimbursements. The Administrative Law Judge determines that the Council properly denied the claims or portions of the claims at issue where there is no genuine dispute that Appellant elected, and was reasonably reimbursed for, a self-move. Appellant has failed to show that there are material factual issues for hearing. Instead, the Council is entitled to summary disposition and Appellant’s appeal is dismissed.
