0325-38329- Kayseh Magan, Complainant, vs. Abdirizak Bihie, Respondent. May 5, 2022- The Administrative Law Judge finds that Complainant has alleged sufficient facts to set forth prima facie violations of Minn. Stat. §§ 211A.02 and 211A.06. Therefore, Complainant and Respondent must call in to the prehearing conference as ordered above. Following the prehearing conference, this matter will be referred to a panel of three administrative law judges and proceed to an evidentiary hearing if necessary.
