    0900-37348- In the Matter of the Correction Orders Issued to Westwood Place, Inc. May 24, 2021- Westwood Place did not present any facts to prove that the Department’s correction orders were incorrect or unreasonable. While it is commendable Westwood Place supports its employees, that the employees provided service during the pandemic and that no residents contracted COVID-19, these facts do not absolve it of its responsibility to comply with necessary infection controls. These facts also do not prove that the Department’s correction orders were incorrect.
