1100-38039- In the Matter of the Risk Level Determination of Christopher B. Meier March 28, 2022- Because Petitioner raises no legitimate challenge to the ECRC’s determination, there is no genuine dispute of material facts. Petitioner’s appeal is based on an incorrect legal conclusion; that he is not required to register as a predatory offender. Petitioner is required to register and the ECRC it is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Therefore, the ECRC’s Motion is GRANTED. Petitioner’s appeal of his risk level determination is DISMISSED, and the ECRC’s assignment of risk level II to Petitioner is AFFIRMED. Last Modified: 3/28/2022 Size: 0 Author: Categories: Tags:
