1002-37299 In the Matter of the Real Estate Broker License and Insurance Producer License of Kenneth N. Haglind, and the Real Estate Company License of RiverPointe Real Estate, LLC
March 30, 2022- The record demonstrates that Mr. Haglind has been untrustworthy, financially irresponsible, and deceptive with his various business interests. Mr. Haglind has left a series of failed businesses, judgments, and unpaid creditors in his wake. He has also been repeatedly dishonest in his interactions with the Department. It is prudent that the Department act to protect the public interest by revoking Respondents’ licenses. Therefore, Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Department revoke Respondents’ licenses, as well as impose investigative costs and a $5,000 civil penalty against Respondents, jointly and severally.
