    1800-37867 In the Matter of the Appeal by Adorable Home Care, LLC of the Order of License Denial License No. 1109066 (HCBS) March 15, 2022- It is respectfully recommended that the Commissioner rescind the denial of Appellant’s application and allow it to complete the application process. The Commissioner should direct the Department to provide Appellant with written notice, consistent with Minn.
