July 8, 2021 - The Department established that reasonable cause exists to believe that there is an imminent risk of harm to individuals served by Appellants’ child care program and that the TIS should remain in place until the Department’s investigation is complete. Therefore, the Commissioner of Human Services (Commissioner) should AFFIRM the Order of Temporary Suspension (TIS Order) issued on May 25, 2021.
