20-1800-37044 In the Matter of the Appeal by Jennifer Ball of the Order of License Denial of her Application for a Child Foster Care License

June 25, 2021 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that Appellant has not proved the following by a preponderance of the evidence: (1) that Appellant has fully complied with the legal requirements for the issuance of a child foster care license, or (2) that Appellant’s application for a child foster care license should be approved and that Appellant should be granted a child foster care license, or (3) that the Department improperly denied Appellant’s application for a child foster care license. Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Order denying Appellant’s application for a child foster care license should be UPHELD.
