21-1800-37218 In the Matter of the Appeal by Becki Batterson of the Order of License Revocation of her Family Child Care License
May 7, 2021 - The County did not meet its burden of proving, by a preponderance of the evidence, that Appellant is responsible for the maltreatment of M.L., a four-month-old child, by physical abuse. Accordingly, the Administrative Law Judge respectfully recommends that the maltreatment determination, disqualification, and revocation be RESCINDED.
