October 29, 2020 - The Administrative Law Judge determines that the Committee has not established by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondent engaged in personal conduct that brings discredit to the profession of dentistry or that Respondent repeatedly performed dental treatment falling below accepted standards. The Committee has shown by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondent demonstrated gross ignorance or incompetence in the practice of dentistry related to his treatment of one patient, W.D., in 2016. Therefore, the Committee has proven that Respondent engaged in conduct unbecoming a person licensed to practice dentistry or conduct contrary to the best interest of the public, as such conduct is defined by the rules of the Board. The Board may impose discipline upon Respondent’s license.
