May 11, 2020 - The Administrative Law Judge respectfully recommends that the Respondent’s maintainer license not be suspended. Respondent’s installer license should be made conditional, or be suspended for a six-month period. Respondent’s service provider and inspection licenses should be suspended for two years as proposed by the MPCA.
