December 16, 2019 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that the Committee is entitled to partial summary disposition in this matter. Mr. Smith did not timely complete the required number of Professional Development Hours prior to the renewal of his engineering license and his certification of continuing education hours violated a rule that the Board has the power to enforce.
