November 19, 2019 - Respondents engaged in unlicensed elevator work or offered to perform unlicensed elevator work, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 326B.164, subd. 7. Respondents violated the Consent Order by performing or offering to perform elevator work without a valid elevator contractor license. Respondents are subject to discipline under Minn. Stat. § 326B.082, subd. 7 and that the penalty assessed was reasonable.
