21-1800-35148 In the Matter of the SIRS Appeals of Regine Ndifor, Amazing PCA Services, LLC, and Amazing Home Care & Nursing Services, LLC
August 23, 2019 - The Administrative Law Judge respectfully recommends that the Commissioner AMEND the Amended Notice of Overpayment to require repayment of funds paid to Appellants by the Department on behalf of recipients consistent with this report. In addition, the Commissioner should AFFIRM the termination of the Amazing Agencies, and AMEND the order suspending Ndifor for a period of two years.
