80-1100-35932 In the Matter of the Risk Level Determination of Lenny P. Bissell
May 16, 2019 - On de novo review, the Administrative Law Judge rejects the ECRC’s recommendation that Special Concerns 1, 4, 9, and 15 be applied to Mr. Bissell for an upward departure from a presumptive Risk Level 1 to a Risk Level 2. The Administrative Law Judge concludes that Mr. Bissell should be assigned a Risk Level 1.
