21-1801-35985 In the Matter of the Appeal by Christopher and Misty Himle of the Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension of their Child Foster Care License

April 19, 2019 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that reasonable cause does not exist to believe that the Licensees’ actions or failure to comply with applicable laws and rules, or that other individuals or conditions in the program, pose an imminent risk of harm to the health, safety, or rights of persons served by the program, and recommends that the Commissioner of the Department Human Services (Commissioner) rescind the Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension.
