September 12, 2018 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes the record demonstrates the revocation of Loggin’s previous license was more than five years ago, so the prohibitions set forth in Minn. Stat. §§ 245A.04, subd. 7(e)(3); .08, subd. 5a (a) do not apply. Further, Loggin has demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence that she fully complied with all the requirements for the issuance of a child foster care license. As a result, the Administrative Law Judge recommends that the denial of her application for a child foster care license be RESCINDED, that the application be granted, and that the Department’s Licensing Division promptly process Loggin’s child foster care application.
