April 12, 2019 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that the employees of 413 Mechanical were required to use fall restraint systems during their rooftop activities on September 14, 2017, and their failure to do so is attributable to 413 Mechanical. Additionally, the violation was appropriately characterized as “serious violation” (as used in Minn. Stat. § 182.651, subd. 12 [2018]) and met with an $1,100 penalty.
