April 2, 2019 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that Nokomis Revival’s failure to remit all the sums owed, as ordered by the Conciliation Court, demonstrates financial irresponsibility in violation of Minn. Stat. § 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(9). Further, Nokomis Revival’s residential building contractor’s license should remain suspended until such time as the judgment against it is satisfied and the company is eligible for reinstatement.
