71-1304-35417 In the Matter of the Teaching License of Herandez Cortez Evans

March 26, 2019 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that the Committee established by a preponderance of the evidence that Licensee engaged in immoral conduct in violation of Minn. Stat. § 122A.20, subd. 1(a)(1), and that his conduct toward students to reform their behavior was not reasonable disciplinary action and violated Minn. R. 8710.2100, subp. 2(D). Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge concludes that the Board should impose discipline upon Licensee’s license.
