January 15, 2019 - Complainant established by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondent violated Minn. Stat. § 211A.02 by failing to file campaign finance reports despite spending more than $750 in support of three candidates. For this violation, the Panel concludes a $750 penalty is appropriate. Complainant also established by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondent violated Minn. Stat. § 211B.04 by preparing and disseminating campaign material that lacked the required disclaimers. For this violation, the Panel concludes that a $250 penalty is appropriate.
