January 2, 2019 - The Additional Notice Plan is APPROVED, conditioned on the following amendments to the Additional Notice Plan: 1) The Department will notify all MHCP providers who have a signed provider agreement, including personal care assistants and home health aides; and, 2) In addition to posting the notice of the proposed rule amendment and Request for Comments in the online newsletter the Department sends to providers, the Department will send a notice, separate from the newsletter, of the proposed rule amendment and Request for Comments directly to each individual MHCP provider via email, or if the Department does not have a current email address for a given MHCP provider, the notice will be sent via United States mail.
