82-1902-35499 In the Matter of the Administrative Order with Penalty Issued to JW Sales & Services LLC and Jeremy Willett, Individually

November 27, 2018 - The Department proved by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondents engaged in unlicensed residential roofer activity, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 326B.805, subd. 1. The Department proved by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondents failed to provide a customer with performance guidelines and information about the statutory warranty, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 326B.809. The Department proved by a preponderance of the evidence that the penalty was assessed in accordance with the penalty matrix and is thus presumptively correct.
