71-0907-34423 In the Matter of the License of Herman Thompson, M.Eq., L.P.
October 26, 2018 - The Administrative Law Judge determines that the Board met its burden to establish that Licensee violated Minn. Stat. § 148.941, subd. 2(a)(1), (3), Minn. R. 7200.4905, subp. 4, 5, .5700. Therefore, the Board should impose discipline upon Licensee’s license.
