October 1, 2018 - The Administrative Law Judge respectfully recommends that the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industry (Commissioner) uphold the sanctions set forth in the licensing order, revoking the Electrical Contractor license of Respondent, Able Energy Corp. d/b/a WeKnowSolar.com and the Master Electrician license of Michael J. Harvey, and assessing penalties of $30,000 against Able Energy Corp. and $20,000 against Michael J. Harvey.
