September 17, 2018 - Proposed rule 8710.0310, item K, “Professional license from another state” is DISAPPROVED. Proposed rule 8710.0311, subps. 2(B)(2)(c), 4(B)(3), 5(B)(3) and 6(B)(3) (“Acceptable Applicant”) is DISAPPROVED. The remaining proposed rules as modified and approved by the Office of the Revisor on September 7, 2018 are approved as to legality.
