August 1, 2018 - The School District is NOT REQUIRED to pay for any of the independent evaluators who participated in the IEE to attend an IEP team meeting for the Student following completion of the IEE. Either the School District or the Parents may request that one or more of the IEE evaluators attend the Student’s IEP team meeting. The party requesting attendance of an evaluator at the IEP team meeting is responsible for the cost of the evaluator’s time in connection with attending the IEP team meeting.
