July 19, 2018 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that the Commissioner does not have jurisdiction to penalize Respondent under Minn. Stat. §§ 45.027 and 359.12. The Administrative Law Judge finds that Respondent is in default and recommends that the allegations in the Notice and Order for Prehearing Conference and Hearing be accepted as true and deemed proven, should the Commissioner find that the Department has jurisdiction in this matter.
