February 28, 2018 - The Administrative Law Judge concludes that Respondent has not met its burden to establish that it should be granted a license. The Administrative Law Judge further determines that the Department substantiated the penalty it imposed, as well as the order that Respondent cease and desist. Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Commissioner of the Department (Commissioner) AFFIRM the Licensing Order issued on May 20, 2016.
