Residential Services
We provide tailored support for people whose complex behavioral needs cannot be met effectively by private community-based providers. These people often require a higher level of care due to the intensity of their needs, including behavioral health challenges or unique support requirements.
Operating in dozens of communities across Minnesota, these services emphasize person-centered care and trauma-informed supports that foster independence and quality of life.
Settings
We operate more than 100 community residential programs statewide. Each program accommodates one to four residents and provides person-centered support in non-secure homes that allow people to live in integrated, community environments while receiving the support they need to thrive.
Who We Serve
We specialize in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and traumatic brain injuries that other care providers cannot or will not serve. This includes people with challenging behaviors such as physical aggression, self-harm, and property destruction and histories of legal involvement such as criminal charges or civil commitments.
Referral Process
Residential services use a unified online referral system to ensure timely access and streamlined communication. Learn more about the process on the Referral Page.
