Jeshua Livstrom is DCT's Chief Compliance and Contracts Officer.
He oversees the agency's Contracting, Procurement, Corporate Compliance, and Equal Opportunity and Access divisions.
Livstrom joined DCT in 2022. He has previously worked in the Minnesota Department of Human Services’ Compliance and Behavioral Health Divisions, in the Department of Administration’s Office of State Procurement, the University of Minnesota’s Academic Health Center, and for several public defenders’ offices. He has held volunteer leadership positions for the Adult and Children’s Alliance and the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO ValuePoint).
He holds a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, a license to practice law in Minnesota, and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Official (CCEP), in addition to holding a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
