Crisis Support Services
Our mobile support teams provide flexible and responsive services to people right in the homes and communities where they live, helping them to effectively address behavioral health challenges and crises while avoiding restrictive stays in an inpatient setting.
Services Offered
Crisis Stabilization and Prevention
Mobile teams deliver onsite support to stabilize behavioral health crises and help people with complex behavioral health needs continue to live successfully in their communities. Mobile teams work closely with a client’s support network to provide training, assessment, support planning assistance, and linking to community resources.
Short-Term Residential Care
Short-term residential programs offer a safe environment for people with developmental disabilities and related conditions to receive intensive residential supports during a crisis, helping them stabilize and transition to long-term settings.
Who We Serve
Services are available for people experiencing behavioral health challenges who do not require hospitalization but need specialized in-home or out-of-home support to stabilize crises.
Referral Process
We use a centralized referral process to ensure timely access to the appropriate supports. Learn more about the process on the Referral Page.
