Community Competency Restoration Task Force
The Community Competency Restoration Task Force was established by the Legislature in 2019 to study and evaluate community competency restoration programs and develop recommendations to address the needs of individuals deemed incompetent to stand trial. The task force has concluded its work.

Priority Admissions Task Force
The Priority Admissions Task Force was established by the Legislature in 2023 to study the state's Priority Admissions Law, commonly known as the 48-Hour Law. The task force was charged with evaluating the impact of the law on state-operated treatment facilities and to make recommendations for modifying the law. The task force has concluded its work.
