Connie Jones

As chief of staff, Connie Jones works closely with executive leaders throughout the agency to guide strategic initiatives and ensure that the behavioral health system delivers high-quality services to the patients and clients DCT serves. 

With more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles across state government, she has led important initiatives and driven change at the Departments of Corrections, Human Services, and Minnesota IT Services, focusing on performance improvement, building strong teams, and creating more inclusive work environments.

Jones is deeply committed to public service and making a meaningful impact through her work. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Metropolitan State University.
