Priority Admissions Review Panel

The Priority Admissions Review Panel was established by the Legislature to evaluate the 48-hour timeline for priority admissions to DHS-operated treatment facilities. The panel advises the DCT Executive Board and the Legislature on priority admissions in general and on the effectiveness of a new priority admissions framework. For one year, the panel will review deidentified data every quarter to ensure that the framework is implemented and applied equitably.
