Wade R. Brost oversees the strategic direction and operations of all DCT hospitals, intensive residential treatment services and residential substance use disorder programs. He leads a team of about 1,300 full- and part-time employees
Prior to joining DCT in 2014, Brost held several direct care and leadership positions in Wisconsin, including as an inpatient social worker, psychotherapist, and administrator, as well as providing clinical oversight for an outpatient clinic and community programs.
Brost is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a licensed clinical social worker, licensed nursing home administrator and a licensed assisted living director. He holds a master’s degree in social work.
