Lynn Glancey, is DCT's Chief Financial Officer.
She oversees all financial processes and decisions for the agency, including managing DCT budgets, financial risk, and major financial decisions while ensuring corporate compliance and integrity. She provides daily direction to the DCT financial management staff involved in revenue cycle, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting (both legislative and operational) and forecasting. She is responsible for maintaining sound reporting consistent with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations and acceptable accounting procedures and ensuring consistency with legislative intent.
She holds a degree in financial management from the University of St. Thomas. Prior to becoming CFO in 2023, she was DCT's budget director for seven years and has held multiple positions in DCT's Financial Management Office over the past three decades.
