Donovan Chandler is the Executive Director of Community Based Services
He oversees residential, vocational, and community support services for adults, children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and brain injuries. The services help clients live, work and participate in their communities.
Chandler joined DCT in 2001. Previously, he held several positions within DCT and the private sector.
He holds a degree in organizational behavior.
