Cindy Jungers is DCT's Human Resources Director.
She is responsible for developing, implementing, overseeing a comprehensive HR system that encompasses more than 5,000 employees. She leads a multi-functional HR team that serves several DCT divisions and locations. She also collaborates with HR leaders across all state agencies.
Jungers joined DCT in 2007 in HR. She has more than 20 years HR experience, primarily public sector. She has prior work experience in public accounting with emphasis in HR consulting
She is a certified HR manager.
