Senior LinkAge Line is a service of the Minnesota Board on Aging and the Minnesota Area Agencies on Aging. It is a free telephone information and assistance service which links seniors and their families throughout Minnesota to a wide range of community services at the local level, from transportation, housing and legal assistance to help with meals, insurance counseling, or buying prescriptions.
Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care

The Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care is a program of the Minnesota Board on Aging. Regional ombudsmen and volunteers work to enhance the quality of life and services for people receiving long-term services and supports. Ombudsmen provide information and consultation about consumer rights and the regulations that apply to long-term care facilities, home and community-based settings, and home care services.
