June 24, 2026 - Respondent did not comply with all procedural prerequisites required to allow it to terminate Petitioner’s assisted living contract, and Petitioner established that the termination of his contract has the potential to cause him great harm. Therefore, the Commissioner of Health (Commissioner) should DENY the proposed contract termination.
