June 12, 2026 - Summit Lake Solar has not satisfied the applicable legal requirements, and the Commission should DENY a Site Permit for the Solar Facility, because the Applicant has not established there is no feasible and prudent alternative to siting the Solar Facility on prime farmland and because the cumulative impact of the Project has not been adequately considered. Summit Lake Storage has not satisfied the applicable legal requirements, and the Commission should DENY a Site Permit for the BESS, because the cumulative impact of the Project has not been adequately considered.
