April 29, 2026 - The Additional Notice Plan is APPROVED. The Notice of Hearing is APPROVED, and the PCA must hold two hearings to ensure all affected interests have the opportunity to participate. One hearing must be convened at 6:30 p.m. on October 5, 2026, and the second hearing must be convened at 9:30 a.m. on October 6, 2026. The hearings may be convened virtually.
